Our Project Linus project was a wonderful success and we had a great time tying blankets for many fortunate people. Thank you to all of those who sent in fleece for blankets. Thank you, also, to Vicki Burg and Corey Klemmer for volunteering their time and "patience" in helping us cut, tie, and label all of the blankets! We appreciated it so very much and had so much fun. I was so impressed with my hardworking kindergarteners and their blanket tying skills!

We enjoyed writing our letters to Santa with the third graders from Mrs. Holbrook's room! The originals were sent home for students to mail to Santa and copies were sent to the Enterprise. What a fantastic Halloween party we had! We began with a visit to 3rd grade and were treated to two stories from Mrs. Holbrook. Then, we buddied up with the 3rd graders to make spider hats! From here, we went to put our costumes on and paraded around the school to show everyone our Halloween style! Finally, we returned to the classroom for party fun! A big "Thank you" goes out to the following parents - Bethany Worms, Amanda Rademacher, and Vicki Burg - for volunteering their time, talents, and supplies that made our party an incredible success! Below you'll find a slideshow of some of the Halloween photos I took. (I will have more to add from Bethany Worms - as soon as I figure out how to get them off the SD card!). Plus, each child gets their own mini-photo album that they made at the party, complete with a few pictures from the party. There is room for you to add to it with more pictures from the year if you wish. I hope you enjoy the slideshow! |
