I don't know about you but I felt disappointed by our inability to have our traditional Halloween celebration at school. I felt every pain of that disappointment heighten with every rotting pumpkin I had to have thrown away because of this situation. In spite of all this, I am encouraged by my students' perseverance and willingness to continue their education in the face of this adversity. I really enjoyed their stories, their creativeness, their imagination, and their growth mindset. They are learning how to be flexible, adaptable, and how to make the best of a tough situation. Here are few pictures to show you that they haven't given up making learning fun and neither have I. Hopefully, we'll be back in the classroom soon!
